A note from one mum to another
I am a mum first, and I created Athletik Tween, girls' activewear for tweens brand based in Australia, while watching my two girls move through the in-between years.
I wanted tween activewear clothing that felt just right: not too kiddie-style, not too grown-up. Pieces that respect who they are now, without rushing who they're becoming.
Every detail in my tween girls' sportwear range is designed with care: for comfort, movement, and emotional safety so our girls can feel at home in themselves.

No. Full stop.
Every Athletik Tween piece is 100% non-sheer, even when squatting, stretching or dancing. Fabrics are tested in motion -not just on mannequins - so your daughter can move freely without constantly adjusting her clothes or feeling self-conscious.
Is it age-appropriate? I don’t want her dressed like a mini adult.
